There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

The job is quite interesting struggled a bit in the beginnings as there was no formal traning session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a change to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste if different roles within the same team

Flattery is the only way to exist in GVK EMRI. Not allowed to speak for wrong. Always ready to cut salary in some or other way. Hidden policies which will be disclosed only when you have to be punished. Few people get 2-3 promotions in a year and few do not get any promotion through years.

Overall it is ok to work in this only if you don't find any other job.Most of the people here in this company are seniors who are there from very beginning of the company. And others are staying with for long time.

Salary is low compare to the market. They give you good position but pay will be less. And it is slow process here, whatever you want to do, have to take multiple approvals and it takes weeks work to be done
