Full Politics Involved in system.Upper to ground level. Provoke to do against system activity for profits. 24 hour's duty either physical or telephonic even mid off the night. If you join forget your family or your personal life.

Flattery is the only way to exist in GVK EMRI. Not allowed to speak for wrong. Always ready to cut salary in some or other way. Hidden policies which will be disclosed only when you have to be punished. Few people get 2-3 promotions in a year and few do not get any promotion through years.

Overall it is ok to work in this only if you don't find any other job.Most of the people here in this company are seniors who are there from very beginning of the company. And others are staying with for long time.

Salary is low compare to the market. They give you good position but pay will be less. And it is slow process here, whatever you want to do, have to take multiple approvals and it takes weeks work to be done
