Likes: Overall it is ok to work in this only if you don't find any other job.Most of the people here in this company are seniors who are there from very beginning of the company. And others are staying with for long time. Dislikes: Salary is low compare to the market. They give you good position but pay will be less. And it is slow process here, whatever you want to do, have to take multiple approvals and it takes weeks work to be done

PLI in monthly salary to threaten employee of forceful deduction. First month just half salary as PLI part is not available at first month.
Likes: I will not write Likes because here the people who do good work are not promoted and they flatter their seniors Dislikes: Earlier it was allowed to go out during break time but they ended the break time as well, I cannot go out during my shift and do overtime forcibly, the seniors tell 100 things about every small mistake.
Likes: I'm exposed to new challenges regularly, which helps me develop both professionally and personally. I enjoy the collaborative environment in my workplace. Working with talented and supportive colleagues not only boosts productivity but also makes each day enjoyable.
