I want to share my experience regarding the interview. 1. Firstly this is worst interview I ever had. 2. In the first round, interviewer is not interested to check our skills instead he want to discuss the package directly. No screening, he is just doing timepass. 3. As you people are not at all interested in hiring anyone, but still you make us to wait from morning 11am to evening 6pm. I don't know, is this company is GUS EDUCATION or BOGUS EDUCATION? 4. AND FOR THE 2ND ROUND, ASSOCIATE MANAGER JUST WANT TO DO TIMEPASS AND HE DOESN'T WANT TO CHECK THE CANDIDATE SKILLS. ON THE DAY OF INTERVIEW HE SAID THERE IS A VIDEO SHOOTING GOING ON EVERYONE IS INTERESTED IN VIDEO SHOOTING AND NO ONE IS SERIOUS IN INTERVIEWING THE CANDIDATES. AND HE SAID HE DIDNT KNOW ABOUT THE VIDEO SHOOTING IT IS A SUDDEN PLAN. WHO IS HE MAKING FOOLS? EVERYONE IN THE COMPANY WORE FORMALS INCLUDING HIM. HE ACTS LIKE HE DONT KNOW. WHAT KIND OF DRAMA IS THIS. WHEN YOU DONT WANT TO TAKE CANDIDATES DONT CALL THEM FOR THE INTERVIEW. AFTERALL WAITING FOR THE WHOLE DAY AND LISTENING TO THE STUPID STORIES. MY OPS ROUND WAS TAKEN BY A TEAM LEAD NOT BY ASSOCIATE MANAGER, AS HE IS MORE INTERESTED IN THAT VIDEO SHOOTING DRAMA NO ONE ASKED ABOUT THE SKILLS AND THE TECHNICALITIES, INTERVIEW JUST WENT LIKE A ORAL Discussion.
