Job security in this company is very poor. You may terminated in this companyin any situation. Talking to growth, If you work here for 5 year, then in 5 year period you can see only 1 to 2 maximum 10% increment in total period.

The job in gupta is pretty good! i started my career here as trainee engineer but doesn't promoted to GET/ JE till now. So you can learn so much from this company & give a kick start your future career.

It's supportive at that time. Salary got delayed by 2 months and with a bonus of 30% to 50% cutoff and they asked me to take VRS because they can't kick me out. But it's ok

Poor HR team now & very very poor management. That's it for now. You will get to know each & everything & everyone after joining. 😉

There are no benefits for who got posting at field. Health insurance for employees also got cancelled last year. So go for a desk job or else (don't ask me who is Picaso).
