Job security is a very big issue in gulf precast. There were some unskilled, political people were working in the management. They are removing the staff without considering the qualification and experience.

The company is providing good support to new ideas and innovations. Good workers will get best performance award every month. The management is also interested to implement new technologies like ERP system etc. The company is able to do very huge projects with their own facilities.
