Navigant is a good platform to improve your skills and abilities in different ways. you need to handle multiple projects at same time.Night Team Leads are very friendly and they understands associates feelings and work pressure.If u are working under pressure also they will allow you to relax and go out.They only wants your quality and production else they won't care. EBO Hospital management is very supportive.When they feel you are apt for handling projects then they will give you more responsibilities.HR department is very active, they will provide you updates at proper times.Managers and Assistant Mangers are very interactive you can go directly to their cabin to express your problems....Read More

Dislikes

Arrogant and egoitic nature of morning shift. They will shout and insult you infront of other employees. There is no coordination among night shift and Morning shift TLs. Excellent environment for working is Night shift compared to morning shift.
