Great work life balance, poor appraisals if you are not at the right priority or no one backs you. Too inclusive and with no clarity or reasons. It's the perfect place to work if you are an individual contributor role or some specialized role. Don't expect lot of growth if you just mind your own business, do your work and go home. It's only for those selective few who are the prioritized ones.
