Learning and growth is slow, if you know office politics then you will get promotion without skill also initialy. Junior gets a lot work assigned and no acknowledgement of manual work done but you can also get good work also but still not get promotion just because of politics and manager/team.

Dislikes

No acknowledgement of work done to some people. Person with skills and knowledge ignored and person with chatting skill gets promotion. Promotion denied even after manager congratulating in appraisal meeting. Worst manager to have. We can't trust like this way even working for two years if your work is not acknowledged and promotion denied. Couldn't be worse like this.
