Saturday and Sunday fixed off.

The list is endless. The employees are unprofessional and the gossip they do has no limits. Dedication towards work is missing among them in huge degree. Some invite their team managers for lunch/dinner at their place and enter the good books and then get promoted. Delivery manager just come to office for their salary, rest it is explanatory. Salary package is low and no incentives. Most of the tenured staff has left and is now filling by fresh college people who have been hired at very low package. They give so much attention to cost cutting. It even lead to no guards and making the male employees take the last drop if there was a female staff. The male employee had to sign electronic consent. After a lot of unrest it was removed. But what an unhealthy environment to make male employees do that just to avoid the guards....Read More

If a staff is dedicated and hardworking the managers will only keep putting the load on him/her. While the rest of the team who are disguised employee roam freely, keep getting leave approval, and any internal opportunities r given to them plus promotion.
