Lots of things to learn about gas turbine engine, small turbofan engine. Many software to exposure like ANSYS, HYPERMESH,LS DYNA,ABAQUS,STAR CCM,NX,AUTOCAD and many other software.

GTRE allows employees to work without overly supervising, as long as work is delivered on time. The work place is comfortable and resources are also good. The organisation is quite good for freshers who have newly graduated.

Dislikes

Data input required to be provided by employer is not available entirely and will need to be verified frequently with them. The is no career improvement in this industry and salaries are rarely raised. Job security is very poor.

My work will mostly be left to myself to deliver output from the input. But at times the data is insufficient and work comes to a stand still until the issue is resolved. There is a decent amount of knowledge to be gained for an entry level job.
