Timing and company culture , In the whole company only two teams have positive work atmosphere and learning hope is there

In the whole company other than two teams, all the rest team has extreme politics ad no value and respect for work , extreme unprofessional behavior , bossism, no work life balance even female employees are asked to stay back till 9

Its hectic with no work life balance and there is no new work but repetitive same thing and if you ask for some change you will get the same boring work again with someone favorite team member work loaded on you along with already existing mountain of wor

GT Nexus company was good before the acquisition from INFOR .. once the INFOR has acquired Gtnexus, there is No good Hike/Appraisal for the employees..

Job Security, and Supply Chain Management is a vast field to learn (Used to be a very good company when it was not merged with Tradecard, merger reduced Hikes. After acquisition by Infor, this is worst place to work, hikes are myth now.)

Dislikes

Micro Management, very less hike, QA Managers and QA Team lead (leaders do not exist here, they are Boss) earns a lot but do not work. No appreciation for good work, I have negative experience overall. I do not recommend working here. No Transport, small office, small cafeteria with no vendors, zero travelling opportunities.

Work Details

Boring and thankless Job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
