Good Work life balance and less work pressure, not much politics.. Things are fair and transparent

Dislikes

Not much growth technology wise or pay wise or even appraisal or on site, it is for family folks and people who seek a stable working environment without a lot of work pressure.

Likes

Timing and company culture , In the whole company only two teams have positive work atmosphere and learning hope is there

Dislikes

In the whole company other than two teams, all the rest team has extreme politics ad no value and respect for work , extreme unprofessional behavior , bossism, no work life balance even female employees are asked to stay back till 9

Good company culture, so that it is easy to balance the personal and professional life. Everyone in GT Nexus are very helpful to each other. Good career growth is definitely there

Dislikes

After GT Nexus is been acquired by Infor, the standard for GT Nexus is decreasing gradually. Earlier people use to have fun in regular periods in between their work pressure. But now there is no place even for the 'word' fun. People have become like machines due to Infor terms and policies.

Likes

Job Security, and Supply Chain Management is a vast field to learn (Used to be a very good company when it was not merged with Tradecard, merger reduced Hikes. After acquisition by Infor, this is worst place to work, hikes are myth now.)

Dislikes

Micro Management, very less hike, QA Managers and QA Team lead (leaders do not exist here, they are Boss) earns a lot but do not work. No appreciation for good work, I have negative experience overall. I do not recommend working here. No Transport, small office, small cafeteria with no vendors, zero travelling opportunities.
