Facilities and working culture ok. Medical insurance related support from comcerned team is excellent.

No hike, promotions and no training to improve our skills. Poor response from HR regarding salary hike and promotions.

Starting it upgraded my family level to a good stage. I love this company in that eam but suddenly at the time of merging to ongc and thereafter no improvement or care yowards their employees. Undesira to work without any Performance incentives, hike.
