I have been a part of this company since more than 6 years now. At the time of joining I was to complete my CA, this is when the company and my seniors really supported me for studies and new learning at work. With time I saw progress in my work learning as I was always supported by management at all levels. All the employees are given enough independence in work. Everyone is motivated to bring in their knowledge and expertise to take decisions of their work on their own. The management has motivated me always for doing assignments on my own and for this reason im handling a sizeable team with me. All employees are given good number of paid leaves in form of PL, CL and ML. The incentive structure in my department is very lucrative.
