There are a lot of dislikes, including not knowing where to start or with whom to start. Just keep in mind that if you want your career to be in the sky, then don't ever join this company, never, ever, not even by mistake, and not even to gain experience. This is not the right company for fresh rookies or even experienced pros. This is just a company with no working process, no values, and no culture. This company is here to just make money out of the clients and even does not provide the quality of work to the clients. Lots of clients leave them because of their bad quality work, and they are now becoming the worst company in the digital marketing category. The future is uncertain for this company, and there will be a time when all the clients will leave, as there are top companies in the United States that provide better quality work. These people will not change, as they just hire fresh people who don't even know what to do. The team leaders are not good. For example, Po*n*m thinks she is the company's owner. And she is ruining half of the company, and none of the team members like her. All credit goes to her for the so-called gem awardee, which was given to her for ruining the company culture, process, and quality. This company ends sooner. And regarding the management, they are not cooperative or helping people; they are just selfish people. There is nothing new to learn. People here are just robots who copy and paste work and have no creativity in them. The app takes screenshots of your screen every now and then, and if you don't sit continuously for minutes, it will show no productive time.
