1. Fun bunch of people who are always ready to teach you. 2. Flexible timing- one can check in late/ checkout early depending upon your scrum calls and daily tasks. Also, it could be a con since you have to work till 11/12 someday lol. Majorly, it's in our favor so adding in pros section.

Nothing in particular, there are kinda blame game sometimes I felt but I believe it is better than other Corporates. My RM advised never mind any of this. Just keep going.
