They ask you to leave at a whim. Job Security is non existent. No support at all. Instead they asked employees to take paycuts and now make them work for over 10 hours a day. They are using WFH to exploit employees to the fullest.

Unwillingness to listen to employees but eager to provide "feedback" to employees which is often negative 7. No work life balance 8. Toxic work culture 9. Rampant blame game 10. Hypocrisy by founders and upper management 11. No communication between the upper management. So at times you will act like an owl in Harry Potter carrying passive aggressive messages from one person to the other 12. Zero professionalism 13. Poor management 14. HR is incompetent and inept 15.
