Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. It was a terrible experience. The company never pays full salary. The director himself uses slang and abusive language in office with all the male staff.no leave policy,no work culture. If u suggest them they will say yaha aise hi kaam hota hai damaj aaye to think nahi to him apna hisaab nahi badalte.

I worked here only for a month and I fedup with director behavior his abusive language as well staff as Mr Tiwari. Such a rubbish place I worked ever and that is the reason I resigned.
