Training is ok but we have to use our brain to learn other things. When it comes to teammates, they're simply awesome and good. We surely enjoy our life here. You can enjoy team outings. Salary package is good with incentives.

Dislikes

In this position you can go to L2 level but it won't be useful to you because only Amazon has this similar process others aren't. So you can't expect career growth in this position. That's the only one I dislike.

Work Details

Often good and boring. It's not a hard process. Basic information of merchant came in Salesforce tool page. We have to find what services they're providing and social pages should be updated in that same Salesforce tool page.

Good Work culture, top management who are overseas at US frequently visit us to ensure the middle management follow all guidelines as per the main office which is something great. Everyone are treated equally
