1) We could able to get more number of challenging works and all here will get opportunities to crack it down 2) We could able to keep posting every individuals idea and best practices in each and every work they are involved 3) Every month a groot will be appreciated, based on the voting among different teams 4) Each & everyone have a opportunity to learn the new/trending technologies

1) Salary/appraisal is decent, but our growth is drastically improving a lot. 2) Work pressure will be completely residing on us

Generally speaking, my works are always challenging as entirely into frontend technologies i should be checking for new/trending concepts on daily basis. Initially while joining i was new to Javascript and its frameworks, but my friends supported a lot.
