Dear Greytipper, We appreciate your feedback. We totally understand having too much work can lead to stress and it can impact one’s mental and physical well-being in the long run. We have shared this feedback with the Department Head and will take the required measures to ensure a healthy work-life balance for all our team members. If you still continue to feel increased work pressure on a daily basis, then we would request you to raise this freely in our next town hall meeting or to the management directly. We will be happy to help.
