Great team, good culture, amazing office. Nice opportunity to work with cross-grographical teams.

Salary - Excellent
Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

Management lacked vision and overspent the investors' money, hence a forceful layoff including one of the 2 founders and 70% of the Marketing team + 20% of overall employee base. If the product/solutions are so good, at least have a rational hiring and retention strategy in place.

Job security - Bad
Work satisfaction - Poor

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
