The management and the monopoly of the head to function and decide things alone without any consultancy and no transparency to the owner of the organisation.

Work Details

Work life was good besides the unprofessional handling of the management of at the head, the principal. She's got a monopoly of all things and acts personally and not professionally. Not a fit head.
