Poor & incapable management, a near-illiterate marketing manager, mentally unstable team lead with an unbearably irritating attitude, no scope for growth or any learning, habit of scamming clients(young students, in this case, as it's actually an academic writing service)...also, the company is on the verge of bankruptcy.

Everything Absolute internal politics, incompetent people at the hierarchy for years, they can fire you suddenly (happened to managers as well), they will ignore you when it comes to complete your payment, zero training and development infrastructure and unrealistics expectations.
