Beside office politics there is middle management blackmail and pressure. Senior people working for years will always try to dominate junior at all levels. System wise they are still away from latest technology.

Poor management and skilled person not available in the organisation, Granules india need to work on higher management even manager level person for there components or not for the daily routine jobs. Need to improve the HR , HR people’s are totally un - educated there is no any HR policy for the employees So much safety concern in the entire manufacturing units in Granules India.
