Based on incharge and Manager If your incharge and Manager havingi psycho skills and Hadaavidi fast fast fast work atmosphere You cannot work there Not all blocks of incharges and managers are same ..but some superiors are good means working nature properly

Monthly they conduct a (birthday celebration) program which not only provide employee a encouragement but also provide an platform to suggest an innovative ideas regarding any subject such management, safety, production, maintenance....we can say this program develop a feeling they are contributing a step towards company/organisation growth.

To be straight forward a little bit unrelated my education(chemical engineering) related.usually as we expect while during course..and rest all okay that i had learned a lot their in terms of how handle a work load ...etc...
