In Unit 4 management is no caring. In company workers.

Dislikes

Granules is best but in Visakhapatnam unit 4 is not a correct place to me but iam working it's our responsibility.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
