They literally squeeze the juice out of us, hectic work, always want to travel from Hyderabad to vizaq for batch executions literally and lack to work & personal life balance due to lack of time, 12-16 hrs duties are regular even they say 8 hours. No softskills development, no career growth, no support from senior teams, just like you have to complete--thatsit.. no work recognition at all..

Less training for Freshers, experienced can cope up,polite cool but need to travel often to vizaq for production basic

Dislikes

Often onsite production campaign mostly to vizaq from Hyderabad for period of weeks to even months and health insurance is on our payments

Work Details

Process engineer as of technology transfer, production monitoring, what if studies in R&D by ourself, documentation and onsight production

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
