Likes

Management and company policies are employee friendly and it is great place to work.. With respect Work culture it sis very good as per design and not followed with respect to individuals working in the industry.

Skill development - Good
Job security - Good
Company culture - Good
Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

Teammates are not good with respect to culture. Appraisal are not with respect with company design norms and it purely given and taken personal benefit and used for personal interest persons.

Promotions - Poor

I am working in Quality Assurance department with a team. Looking after QMS activities & validations & Audit handling.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)
