I worked here for several months, but the management is not supportive; they make your life difficult. The company talks about psychological safety, but I don't think the management understands it.

Its always a new leraning journey which you embark on i was under Public Setor practice and it gave me a huge learning my director who has became partner. He has taught and supported me but as you know its your life and you should decide so i moved on after enarly 3 years.
