There is no firing as of now as the vision seems to be - lets on board more and more so there is job security almost for everyone.

Dislikes

Hybrid mode is not maintained as the right to decide is left with the Supercoach/reporting person. Firm does not implement any benefit unless anyone voice out in Open house session with CEO. Not only on Saturdays, there are events even on Sundays at GT Office specially NCR. The Partners ask is much more than the KRA of an employee. They do not stick to the profile role. The change in Top management is very frequent. Digitization and Automation has made the Travel related work extremely hectic, the travel desk is just for namesake, we have to book our own flights via ERP system which is hectic due to many cancellations....Read More

From PIP to Promotion – The Greatest Jugaad Story Ever!

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. After a few months "Congrats on your Promotion!" Moral? Hard work is good. Smart work is better. But jugaad? Boss, that’s the best! Got a crazier PIP escape? Drop it below! 😂👇
