HR Management and Polices Employee onboarding is a book reading session Employees are forced to resign when there are no projects or if a team gets dissolved No guidance was introduced for a new Employee, just by assigning a buddy they feel the work is done. Feedback is not taken

The work environment here is excellent, but the only concern is the process of promotions and salary increments.

Nothing. Absolutely crap. Worst company I have ever worked in. No freedom of work. All the powers are on few people’s hand who only know how to do oiling and buttering. They target people who don’t go out for parties after office and make there life hell.. if you r not a CA you have no place in the company.

Everything. Starting from its name, premises, management.. Every god dam thing. The seniors made my life so miserable without any reason that In had sleep less nights for months.

Its always a new leraning journey which you embark on i was under Public Setor practice and it gave me a huge learning my director who has became partner. He has taught and supported me but as you know its your life and you should decide so i moved on after enarly 3 years.
