No work life balance; blame game by all managers and Directors to the Consultant/Associates if anything slightly goes wrong; worst HR- they don't reply to calls/msgs or general queries. Culture is totally shifted to work work till you die You are explicitly told to work on weekends.. and on weekdays you are expected to work for average 14 hours . max. work hours can go to - 18-20 hours . All projects are running in chaos, terrible planning by directors. No motivation from managers/Directors/partners. Managers would pressure Consultants and Associates to the max level so that their works become less. Travel reimbursement aren't done timely. GT might be a good option for Corporate Finance/Valuations. But for audit, it's not a good organization to work with. While on an audit engagement you are only expected to work like Robot- work till you die without uttering a word, simply following instructions of Directors/Managers , forget that you have life/family outside office....Read More

The clientele was good and learning was nice

The work life balance is horrible. There is no planning, 1 day you are still x location next day you are at y. They do not follow the concept of notice period and in 99% cases end up extending your notice period. The worst is the payroll team. Firstly they are so technically backdated that they cannot credit amount in your bank account rather courier you the cheque. Secondly the F&F is also not correctly processed.
