If you would experience the rural India then it gives the taste of it. Social relations are the main thing in this job. Good work environment and the interaction with village people. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Since it is a Government department so it gives all the facilities and security also.

Dislikes

There is a lot of political pressure and sometimes the planning doesn't work as you think. Salary is decent and incentives gives very low so carrier growth is slow. We cannot use our skills 100% because as we know it is a rural development work so large projects are very rare.

Work Details

The job fulfilled all our basic needs! This is my first job after completing my graduation.So as a beginner i learnt so much things and developed my managing,directing,supervising skills. I got a chance to see closely the rural India.
