middle management worst , mainly in derma division south , they like the people only do un ethical sales , not for hard worker, and south sales manager also play internal politics, and mainly i know some area manager and reasonal managers having own business and they don't work they do unethical sales but they are hero's company will support those people

More precise work ,that lead more manpower and more time.and everything depend upon your reporting boss

It's developing organization where you can give her chance to develop everything in a proper manner.

It's seems like no one is actually ready to take ownership of tasks. If someone is taking no appreciation is there. And yes offcourse the wages structure of foundation is not motivating and encouraging enough to their employees.

Forcing to do Daily 12 hours job, No any family life, need to improve only 8 hour's job. We have family so need to spend time with family also.

Annual appraisal system is not good. Always delayed to declared increments. Not considered educational level, talent and experience at the time of appraisal rating and amount. HR should take survey from Junior and mid level for department culture and managers.

Company is good. One can stay for a longer period, sales pressure is there but company supports .

Politics and lobby is very much. Promotions are very slow so you won't get motivated after some point of time. Salary appraisal is not that much exciting.
