Sr Executive IT SAP IBP Supply

Position Sr Executive : IT SAP IBP (Sr Executive IT)

Department Information Technology

Reporting to DGM IT (Supply Chain)

Base location Corporate Office (Ahmedabad)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Be a key member of the Supply Chain Transformation journey.

2. Be a key Member of SAP IBP Implementation team.

3. Ensure monthly Planning cycle, comprising Demand, Supply, S&OP, Distribution & IO is run in IBP smoothly.

4. Work with implementation partners on System Design, configuration and roll outs/enhancements of Global Solution.

5. Work on configuration/Enhancement of Planning Area, Attributes, Key Figures, Planning Operators.

6. Must be well versed with Supply Planning, Optimization Engine, Response & Supply.

7. Configure Analytic Stories and dashboards in IBP.

8. Identify master data issues and recommend corrections in SAP ECC/ IBP.

9. Monitor the IBP Process templates/jobs.

10. Work with the team on improving system adoption of Global Planning Processes.

Relevant Skills, Experience & Qualification:

Essential

1. Must have hands on experience in configuration of Planning Area, Attributes, Key Figures, Planning Operators in IBP.

2. Must be willing to learn and work on all modules of SAP IBP.

Should have complete understanding of supply chain planning processes Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, Inventory Optimization

Qualification

1. Engineering Graduate OR Bachelor's degree, preferably in Software Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science.

2. Must have 2 to 5 years of experience in SAP IBP.
