Senior Research Associate - Formulation & Development NDDS OSD

Role & responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive literature searches to gather relevant information for formulation development.
• Initiate and manage process development trials, including planning and execution of laboratory trials.
• Facilitate technology transfer between research and production teams.
• Compile, document, and analyze data generated during experiments and trials.
• Resolve technical challenges and provide solutions for optimal outcomes.
• Execute scale-up and exhibit batches to support production.
• Prepare essential technical documents such as Master Formula Composition, Development reports, and risk assessment reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate and communicate project updates.
• Offer technical insights and support to Regulatory Affairs for addressing inquiries from regulatory agencies related to new product submissions and product re-registration.
• Demonstrate expertise in product technology transfer at the plant side.
• Possess knowledge of Quality by Design (QBD) principles and maintain good documentation practices.
