Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

It was nearby my house and It was very flixible for me to work in any shifts and could also work the whole day and earn good incentives. Had a good experience as a Team leader and Logistic head and was fun working in such a good surrounding.

Dislikes

Couldnt think about the carrier growth and the salary apprialsal was also difficult. Politics was a part of the people working there as it is there in all companies. Environment and staff was good , but the office place was too small first and then later when it was shifted we had enough place for the staff.

Work Details

I was working as the Team leader who was incharge of the logistics over there. Each and every work was done by the team leader and was handed over to the manager. From depositing the cash in bank to every work in the office was handled by team leader.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Likes

All the employee was friendly and I have learned a lot from my TLs and manager. The environment was good as well.
