Salary on time no delay Very Professional on salary paying and Hr Work culture is good but its need your performance as well as. Good Agent salary increment basis on their performance

I joined paisabazaar.com 13sep 2023.My team leader behavior is not was not good with me and some other employees and she used partiality in the team.We complained and mail to HR but no redacted.All these are acquainted with each other. It's a worst company.

Worst company ever! They all are mannerless. Even our HR (Ms.Rajvi vasat) and Manager(Mr.Swapnil alhat)also. They force me to give resign from this company within 2month.No leaves.On floor they can order around and overwork even harrass at their disposal the manager level. Totally internal politics. They don't even support their employees.

Very worst place to work .. no work life balance here ..... they are stucked between Mumbai people and Gurgaon people....every month changing team and process...from Jan'24 to April'24 they have thorwe out TL just like garbage....also removed agent without any information....No job security...I worked here for 1yr.

Paisa Bazaar is not a company it's like a Fish Market they are not run company they are running fish market company culture is very pathetic, operation manager does lots of partially, including company VP also Mr.Gagan Khana and operations manager radhika she do not have any knowledge she do their favouritism in between AM's and Agents. They don't want to hire new team leaders from out side specially for Mumbai office if the person joined he he giving lots of pressure and insulting shouting on floor whole day in front of All the tele callers and also if someone sick and take leave then he has to Adjust his Week off Full & final policy is very bad he takes 60 working days excluding Saturday Sunday bank holiday i have joined 26th Apr-24 and Last working day 5th-oct-24 today 10th-Dec-24 and i still not received my FNF amount multiple time i raised the query regarding this but no positive response coming all the other people received the FNF amount who left on Same day with me but i still not Received work culture not good no Holiday in any fastival....Read More
