In my experience, the firm never delayed in releasing monthly salary to their employees.
Friendly working environment.

There's a lot, let me share my own current experience.
1) Poor Salary Increment (At the increment time, employee with 2 years exp and new employee with 1 year exp will have same salalry or close to, as they negotiate initial salary with a promise to give better later, but it's not true). Also, poor retention of employees as they don't have demands for high skilled employees (capped salary)
2) Difficulty in getting reimbursements, if any.
3) Hiding basic amenities like sugar, milk, coffee beans, etc from employees, many a times.
4) There's no HR in the office.
5) MD is like "lala" in the office, who decides everything, without considering employees concern.
6) You may get salary on time, but you won't grow as expecting due to lathargic working style, creatives discuss about food like chole bhature, laddo, all the time and seniors don't have time to discuss which affect learning at core....Read More

The only good part is the office's nice interior, and they have a small elephant who entertains employees and the lala.

This is not a creative agency; they mainly publish ads in newspapers. For a creative designer, this job is dreadful, as there's no freedom to think creatively due to deadlines that change according to the management's mood. For client service staff, it's all about constantly trying to impress the boss, staying glued to the laptop whether there's work or not, and inviting clients for lunch—and give budget to order from a dhaba at ground floor.
Working hours are strictly dependent on the management's mood. The office's political environment creates unnecessary mental pressure. The boss keeps eye on employees during breaks, even counting tea and coffee cups. Regular salary increments are around 7 to 8%, but those who flatter the Lala to receive better raises....Read More

Management doesn't care about employees health or personal life. No holiday, no employee benefits, no job security and no company policies as such. Everything is verbal.
