it's about teamwork, so all were supportive irrespective of their experience & age. Mostly the beginning will be a bit intense for anyone but later on the flow was smooth & it was a happy journey

it's a target driven organization, so as long as you keep up on track you are good to go, or esle we might face some hurdles & questions around us which are so much common in today's organizations.
