Nothing... No policy ..all about tanshahi policy..hr will directly treating you if you want to resigned.. or try to mental hrass an black maling ..They will not accept the own policy. Usse Jo mn aayega wohi krega agr ni Mane to Black mail ya dhmki dega will not provide the relieving letter or experience letter you ..

Dislikes

Working culture, total mentally torcher preday. Not supportive seniors. Except 2-3 person in whole organisation..lot of mental pressure. family life and personal life is zero ...if you joined godrej that means godrej superior is your owner. You feel like as a servant.

The work culture and the feeling of belongingness in the company is the best part.

Dislikes

Rigid time duration spent in company based eligibility criteria for growth is the worst part. Also, one year trainee period for name sake is also a bad part because you work similar to that of a normal employee but you're a trainee.

If we talk about company policy and work culture it's excellent but everything depends on your Upper level management..and they are worst so far i have observed.

Dislikes

Timing is worse you will have to forget your family and your personal life.
