Working culture, total mentally torcher preday. Not supportive seniors. Except 2-3 person in whole organisation..lot of mental pressure. family life and personal life is zero ...if you joined godrej that means godrej superior is your owner. You feel like as a servant.

Godrej is the best company when it comes to Environmental protection. Each and every innovation in Godrej is carried out keeping the environment protection on prime focus. Godrej is a good company in terms of Job security.

I am from East region. I will not claim it for entire India but the East region Godrej is guided by politics only. If you will try to change something, you will be changed..... HR personnel of Godrej are like, they will request you pamper you before your hiring and once you are hired you better be lucky regarding issues because theyare not at all going to help you. There is no Work-life balance but work-work balance in Godrej. Since the job is secured, everybody is trying to satisfy their ego.
