Job Description
The incumbent will be responsible for:
1. Study technical drawings, technical evaluation of process required for components and coordinating with Design, Quality and supplier (Feasibility of manufacturing)
2. Analyze Vendor Capacity & Capability, Maintain Live vendor Load chart, and place orders based on material requirement dates given by PPC.
3. Floating enquiries, getting quote, Cost Estimation, Negotiation, Order finalization & on time closing of Purchase order.
4. Follow up with vendors for on time delivery of Goods & services.
5. Frequently visiting vendors, analyzing drawings & manufacturing methods-Check improvements for cost reduction/Productivity.
6. Coordinate with QA for inspection & CAPA for vendor rejections.
7.MIS related to vendor parts management on relevant PQCD parameter.
8. P2P cycle Supplier bill processing coordination between the departments to ensure on time payment to vendors.
9. Adherence to purchase SOPs
10. Achieve Divisional inventory targets & Maintain accuracy in stock
