Job Description:

1) Ensure availability of Primavera plan with required cycle time

2) Prepare baseline plans for pre-manufacturing and manufacturing activities

3) Monitor job progress on daily basis and review / update the same in Primavera software

4) Ensure formation of standard plans, templates and norms of production

5) Monitor shop activities as per dispatch plan and anticipate constraints and bottlenecks in advance

6) Ensure resource loading of critical machines

7) Maintain estimated versus actual data for man days allocated for all subcontracted components and generate requirements for sub contracting activities in advance

8) Expedite the resolution on the deviations from Primavera plan

9) Review of material status against the requirements with concerned department

10) Liaison with TPM team to measure and improve the performance of critical machines

11) Preparing weekly plan and performance report of each department

12) Preparing documents for sending of material to vendor for processing

13) Monitoring the subcontracted components progress closely

Special Skills Required:

1) Knowledge of ERP and Primavera software

2) Operational knowledge of sequence of manufacturing processes

3) Familiarity with international codes like ASME (Sec. VIII Div. 1 & 2) and TEMA

4) Familiarity with various national and international material specifications

5) Knowledge of ISO Systems and Procedures

6) Computer Proficiency

7) Basic knowledge of TPM
