• Assistant Vice President

Location: Mulund/Mahalaxmi/Byculla/Thane

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Prepare construction schedules,
• Tender event schedules, material event schedules,
• Critical Path analysis, Resource management.
• Project Control, Progress Tracking,
• CFO & OC compliance tracking, issue tracking.
• Set weekly and monthly targets, Logistics planning,
• Coordinate with all stakeholders,
• Create MIS reports, Cash flows, Financials & Physical progress tracking,
• Delay analysis.

Must have hands-on experience on MSP and Primavera.
