Those who want to spoil their career in industry should join such a PDC company, no culture, no job security, salary deduction as per they wish. No notice period for employees, worst culture in industry. No meeting for development, only presure for unethical sales with false commitment.

This company is a growing company and it is really commendable that it has being growing at a fast speed. Finance of the company is very sound. No defaults in salary payments and other statutory dues done. Company has a culture of accommodating all those who are willing to grow and work culture is good. All Saturday sundays are off. And company looks after employee welfare.
