I strongly don't recommend even jobless person also over here as these people are not professional , they have revenge attitude, salary disbursed based on collections and provided with percentage basis. Appointment letter gaya teil lene... they show bad working culture,no man management and no HR policy , just dump dump, dump. No job security. they have screwed everybody's life. Such a bad culture. Goddres pharma looks like a PCD base company...eg:-Salary based on target achievement....if u have 100% target ach then full salary...and management is very poor... incentive critiriya is very poor...If u have this month target ach u got incentive after 5 month...how can u r service this company...very poor management...
