I worked at glokal junction as an assistant bartender and my experience there was above average. Management there is quite good and the working environment is also enjoyable. They used arrange training for the working staff every month regarding service and knowledge on spirits and various classic dishes. So you can say there's manythings to learn at glokal junction. Dislikes

The only thing I disliked about glokal junction was that the growth for employees was slow. You have to work there for a very long time to get promoted (more than a year or two) as compared to other outlets.

Work Details

My work there like I said above was enjoyable. The staff was quite amazing and the management quite flexible. It was far from boring and with the amount of customers that visited glokal, everyday was fast paced, hectic and fun.
